Confidential

"Keep it confidential"

The greatest thing about confidentiality is that no one has to know! What I mean by keeping it confidential is directed to all the people who are seeking help and answers for their problems. Reading a book such as mine will help you keep it confidential. As opposed to going to a psychiatrist who is going to FORCE you to take harmful and possibly fatal medications even if you don't need them. There is a great Injustice going on in the mental health system (MHS) right now so I urge you to read a book or do your research about the exactly how the MHS has failed Cho and even myself (twice) before you check yourself into such a facility.

By reading a self-help book instead of "checking yourself in too fast" not only will you be keeping it confidential, you'll avoid the risk of having your human/client/constitutional rights violated in the process. You'll also avoid taking medications that can be EXTREMELY harmful to you. From my experience 3/3 doctors in the MHS failed me and tried to commit medical malpractice on me by prescribing me medications that should have not been prescribed to me. (Today I still hold the paperwork that proves their malpractice). The sad truth is you're probably more likely to get right diagnosis if you diagnose yourself by doing some research.

Honestly explore your problems/options, desires, fears and then give a book a chance. Books are the greatest underestimated resource of mankind. From the bible to self-help books they're all far better than the low-standards as those carried by the irresponsible MM. If you seek escapism as a coping mechanism, you're going to reap more of what you're trying to overcome. However! If you're actually considering irrational action(s) be sure to check yourself in to a mental hospital, but don't say I didn't warn you first.
